Hangouts : Video conference

                 A video conference is a live, visual connection between two or more people residing in separate locations for the purpose of communication. At its simplest, video conferencing provides transmission of static images and text between two locations. At its most sophisticated, it provides transmission of full-motion video images and high-quality audio between multiple locations.

                Hangouts is the one application for video conferencing. Google Hangouts is a communication platform developed by Google which includes Massaging, Video Chat , SMS and VOIP features. It replaces three messaging products that Google had implemented concurrently within its services, including Google Talk, Google+, Messenger (formerly: Huddle), and Hangouts, a video chat system present within Google+. Google has also stated that Hangouts is designed to be "the future" of its telephony product, Google Voice, and integrated some of the capabilities of Google Voice into Hangouts. Users can be messaged by their Google+ accounts
